When you check out or pay an invoice, selecting the card payment option will take you to our payment processor, Paygate.to. This page may look like a cryptocurrency exchange, but you are not buying or using any cryptocurrency, you are simply paying with your card.
Steps:
- On your invoice or checkout page, select the card/Paygate payment option.
- 2. You'll be redirected to the Paygate.to page.
- 3. Paygate.to shows a dropdown menu of payment methods. Use this to select the correct option for your country, this affects which local payment methods/currencies are shown to you.
- 4. Enter your card details as prompted and complete the payment.
- 5. You'll be redirected back and your invoice will be marked paid.
Why it looks unusual
Paygate.to is built as a payment gateway/exchange, so the page shows crypto-related branding and options. You are not buying crypto at any point, you are paying with your card and the payment is processed in the background.
If your payment doesn't go through
- Make sure you selected the correct country/payment method from the dropdown. The wrong one can cause the payment to fail.
- - Double check your card details, including billing postcode/zip.
- - Some banks block payments to gateways they don't recognize. Try contacting your bank or using a different card.
- - If it still fails, reply to your support ticket and we'll help you complete payment another way.
